DO I GET A WARRANTY?
Your Mali watch comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. Your warranty is automatically created on your purchases. You can check the status of your warranties by going to My Account and looking under your Orders.
For warranty repairs, the defective watch must be registered as soon as possible by contacting us via [email protected] In your email, please specify your name, order number and provide a detailed description of the issue.
Please note that all of the goods have to be shipped to the Mali warehouse by the customer, and the shipping fees are handled by the customer as well. In case of a warranty, the repair and the shipping back of the repaired items may be charged by Mali.
Battery changes are not considered a warranty repair service.

Your warranty receipt (RMA number) should be shipped along with your watch. Battery replacement is not covered under the warranty.
If your timepiece is damaged in a manner not covered by our warranty terms, please email our support team ( [email protected]) and arrange an out-of-warranty repair or replacement for a fee.
