We accept order returns for replacement within 30 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with the original packaging attached, and not altered from its original condition when it was shipped. Return shipping fees and packages are the responsibility of the customer, Mali will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
